Peer Mentors’ Introduction and Senior IDP Activity

ACCESS held the Peer Mentors’ Introduction and Senior IDP Activity as part of the Spring 2026 activity calendar. The activity introduced scholars to the peer mentoring component of the program and supported career planning through the Individual Development Plan process.

Through this activity, scholars were encouraged to reflect on their academic progress, professional goals, mentoring needs, graduation planning, and next steps toward internships, COOP, research, employment, or graduate studies.

The activity reinforced the ACCESS mentoring model and helped connect academic planning with long-term professional development and workforce readiness.
