The ACCESS Scholarship Program is supported by a multidisciplinary team of faculty members, project personnel, coordinators, peer mentors, and an external evaluator. The team provides academic mentoring, professional guidance, recruitment support, formative activities, data tracking, evaluation, scholar support, and coordination of program activities.
ACCESS uses a mentoring-based support model in which faculty mentors guide scholars in academic progress, professional development, career planning, experiential learning opportunities, and preparation for post-graduation pathways.
