Spring Welcome Meeting and Job Hunting Strategies Workshop
ACCESS held its Spring 2026 Welcome Meeting and Job Hunting Strategies Workshop on February 3, 2026. The activity included a welcome message, mentor assignments and schedules, ACCESS office information, the Spring 2026 activities calendar, a Q&A session, attendance tracking, and an exit opinion questionnaire.
The main feature of the activity was a Job Hunting Strategies Workshop led by Eng. Juan Guerra, Talent Manager. The workshop focused on job search strategies, resume preparation, interview performance, and industry expectations.
This activity supported ACCESS’ goal of strengthening scholars’ professional readiness and helping students prepare for internships, COOP opportunities, full-time employment, graduate studies, and future engineering careers.
